What You Need:
- Glitter of choice ($3 at Hobby Lobby)
- Mod Podge ($4 at Hobby Lobby)
- Sponge Brush
- Old towel or other surface you don't mind getting dirty
- Pair of old or cheap heels
Using the sponge brush, spread mod podge over the surface of the shoe (little sections at a time).
Pour glitter onto the sections with mod podge until you can't see it anymore.
Using your fingers, press the glitter into the glue.
Shake the excess glitter back into the glitter container or onto the surface you are using.
Repeat steps one-four until the entire shoe is covered in glitter.
After the shoe has set for 24 hours, use the sponge brush to add a protective coat of mod podge over the glitter (don't brush, dab). This helps to lock the glitter in place.
Let dry for 24 hours and you've got a fabulous pair of glitter heels!
